Lindsay is an Executive and Leadership coach certified by the Hudson Institute, and an ongoing student of individual and organizational change.
Lindsay has spent her career coaching individuals at all levels of an organization, including in leadership roles at Google. She currently serves as the Head of Room 98, Google’s leadership and innovation center, where she is responsible for a space, team, and programs designed for meaningful discussion for C-suite executives from the world’s top companies.
Over the last 15+ years, she has worked and led at companies both large and small: from founding her own startup to growing another company from 4 to ~100 employees. She has experience building, restructuring, and leading teams, including managing high and low performance; developing people and processes to deliver rapid growth; managing organizational change; and ultimately developing cultures that propel people forward.
Lindsay is skilled at creating connection through clear language and thoughtful experiences. From her work in high end programming, public speaking, and effective stakeholder management, she has an eye for presence and somatic cues and can coach for visible change.
